INTRODUCTION
Conveniently located on the corner of 12 Mile and Orchard Lake Road, CBC isn’t just your standard sports bar. Sure, we have great burgers, wings, and a big beer selection but we’ve taken everything to the next level. CBC combines an upscale menu with one of the biggest selections of craft brews and beers anywhere in town. In fact, you’d be hard pressed to find a bar or restaurant with a bigger beer selection than ours. And if you want to watch a game, CBC is loaded with TVs on every wall, in every corner. Great beer, really good food, really fun atmosphere, really smart service.

THE CONCEPT
From our nacho grande to filet mignon, from delicious burgers to a crisp salad, CBC offers an upscale menu with every day prices. Watch your favorite team on one of over 30 TVs or enjoy a game of pool. You can even host your private event in our private dining room. CBC is your neighborhood sports bar times 10! No bags of chips here. We believe food should have natural ingredients and be fresh and delicious! And if you love craft brews, we offer one of the most incredible selections you’ll find anywhere in town. Prefer your beer in a bottle or on tap? We have almost 200 beers in house to satisfy any craving. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed for you but the food and drink are serious business for us.
THE BEER
To complement our food, a carefully selected list of over 40 Craft beers will be offered on draft, priced to encourage experimenting, sampling and sharing. In addition, we will offer over 100 beers by the bottle. All our beer is available by either the bottle, the 16oz. glass, the 9oz. “half,” and in 4 oz. samples. Our draft beer is available for take-home service in “growlers” and all of our bottled beer is available for take-home service in six-pack only (can be mixed and matched). Growlers and bottled beer ToGo will be priced at a discount from on-premise pricing.

We use fresh ingredients prepared with care that simply tastes great. We put the extra spin on your favorites like taking a typical Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and turning it into a Steak Bite Philly with beef tenderloin and sauteed mushrooms. Our chef takes the time to prepare every meal with care to his strict specifications. We’re a sports bar that believes that crab cakes and deviled eggs belong on the same menu as wings and nachos.
